The Henry County Infant Formula Voucher Program (HCIFVP) provides assistance to infants of needy mothers through a voucher system that allows the mothers to obtain needed infant formula at a local retail store.  The administration and primary funding of this program is the result of the outstanding and dedicated service of the Mission Team here at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Napoleon.  In 2013, over 87 clients were assisted at a cost of over $1,700.00.  Additionally, the mission team initiated a diaper program and in 2013 over $330.00  provided diaper assistance to needy infants.
